Lembang, West Java

Lembang View

Lembang is a region that is located in the district west of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Be at the altitude between 1.312 to 2.084 above sea level, this makes Lembang have a very fresh air with a temperature between 17 - 27 celcius degrees.

Lembang has long been known as one of the center rabbit farm in Indonesia. If you are visiting Lembang, you will be very easy to find the rabbits along the road. According to latest data that I read, the overall number of rabbits population in Lembang is around 120,000. This may happen because there are many large breeders who live in Lembang. They have an average hundreds up to thousands of rabbits on their farm. There are many different rabbits that they breed, such as the Flemish Giant, Hotot, English Spots, Local Rabbit, Angora, Holland Lop, Lionhead, and others. Lembang also supply most of the demand of rabbit in Indonesia.

So if you like rabbit and are visited in Indonesia or have any intention to visit Indonesia, do not forget to visit Lembang.
